Here & There 5.21

Happy Sunday! How was your weekend? After a truly insane week last week and being sick over the previous two weekends, my weekend was pretty much exactly what I needed - i.e. relaxing. Chris also tore a tendon in his leg - so beyond going out on my own, we were pretty much forced to stick close to home and quite literally slow down. (seriously, the man is currently walking at a snail's pace). On Saturday I headed up to Fishtown to watch the Kinetic Sculpture derby while drinking wine with Rachel. Planned to stay out for a couple hours... seven hours later... that's how it goes. Today started out slow, then we stopped by the farmers' market and strolled around Old City. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Chris won't need surgery - and that he'll be able to walk a little faster soon!
