Laundry Day
On a rainy Super Bowl Sunday, we made the mistake of going to the laundrette at one o'clock in the afternoon, along with the rest of the neighborhood. As much as I wish I could be perfectly put together at all times, unless we're doing something special, I usually can't be bothered to wear much more than a sweatshirt and jeans on the weekend. I took a different approach on this particular Sunday, however, opting instead to just pile it all on.
This breezy top makes me so excited for warm weather. It was absolutely too flimsy for this 30 degree Sunday, but layered up with two sweaters and a scarf, it worked for a quick stroll for coffee and chai between loads of darks and lights.
Did you watch the Super Bowl? I absolutely did not. After Chris went off to a friends house to watch the game, I headed to yoga before settling in for the night with Zephyr to watch a shameful amount of old CSI New York. It's an exciting life I lead.
